My friend Virginija gave me this recipe. It's the closest thing to eating bread that I have found after going low carb a few years ago and I love it.
I've completely ruined my low-carb eating plan by eating so many desserts - occupational hazard of cooking for people! I'm going to get back on it properly and this will help.

I love this bread with pepper cheese, some thick ham and salad leaves. Tuna mayonnaise would be good too. Enjoy!
